Financial Controller/Head of Finance
Based in central London, my client is one of the most exciting start-ups in London this year!
With incredible backing from ultra-high net worth , experienced business people, my client is already tipped to be a leading light in their specialist Financial service sector space.
To complete the senior management team, they seek to appoint a Head of Finance, who after the requisite assimilation phase will be expected to become Finance Director.
The role will Responsible for the management, motivation and output of all aspects of the finance department, and for supporting the board of directors with analytical and strategic guidance from a finance perspective:
We welcome applications from qualified Accountants, with Financial Service sector experience (FCA regulated) ideally with Corporate Finance expertise or knowledge and perhaps someone with experience of consumer lending.
The role would suit a hands on manager, with experience of leading and developing a team in a fast growing business.
Strong communication skills are essential , as is ambtiton and drive as this business may well seek a path to an IPO.
