THE ROLE:

This Legal 500 firm based in East Anglia are looking for a Corporate and Commercial Property Solicitor in their Kings Lynn office in order to continue to grow their team. The successful Solicitor will have a minimum of five years experience within a well reputed firm and will be dealing with a full caseload of Corporate and Commercial Property matters; leases and freehold acquisitions, property development, investment and secured lending, commercial landlord and tenant, land sale or purchase, land disputes. This opportunity would be suited to a Solicitor looking for a change or a new challenge within their career, an excellent team player. Marketing and business development will be expected within the role as well as providing a high level of service to clients.
