This legal 500 law firm in Taunton are extremely busy in their corporate commercial department. 
 
They are searching for an experienced corporate & commercial solicitor ideally with at least 3 years PQE to join the team in Taunton, with occasional travel to other offices.   
 
Here you will advise on an extensive client base, consisting of both local and national businesses, and often well known names. 
 
As a corporate commercial solicitor you will enjoy working autonomously, although there is always more senior solicitors available to support you. Ideally you should need minimal supervision, and handle your matters confidently. 
 
Your case load will include advising on: IP & IT, commercial contracts, business set up/planning/compliance, mergers & acquisitions, as well as regulatory matters. 
 
Ideally you should have at least 3 years relevant experience gained from another reputed firm.
 
In house lawyers looking to progress within private practice should get in touch. There will be the need for business development occasionally, but currently there is more than enough work to keep you busy!
