THE ROLE:

This leading private client team represents an important area of this firm's business and It has been top ranked in Chambers & Legal 500 for a number of years.. Expansion of this Private Client team is an important feature of the firm's current strategy, they are therefore looking to recruit at Partner level to support and grow the team. The private client team covers the broad spectrum of private client law including Wills, Court of Protection, Probate, Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts. Your responsibilities will include managing your own caseload of private client matters as well as undertaking a key role in business development and networking activities to further develop the profile of the team and firm within the local market.

THE CANDIDATE:

Suitable Private Client Solicitors will have a minimum of 10 years' PQE and will be expected to manage a full caseload of private client cases. The successful Private Client Partner must possess experience on advising across the full spectrum of private client law and be looking for an opportunity in which to really progress their career within private client. You will, as the appointed Private Client Partner, have a network of contacts who are able to instruct you on future matters.
