OVERVIEW:

Due to expansion a vacancy has arisen for a Corporate Tax Solicitor to join a highly regarded firm within Bristol. The successful Corporate Tax Solicitor will be working within team where they wish to help clients succeed in realising their business or personal objectives, through the efficient delivery of appropriate legal advice and assistance. The successful Corporate Tax Solicitor will be expected to deal with a varied caseload and will need to develop a knowledge of both corporate and personal tax planning matters. In particular, the newly appointed Corporate Tax Solicitor will be required to have some experience of advising on the tax aspects of corporate transactions, on the tax efficient structure of transactions and will be dealing with UK based and International clients. Applications are welcome from either newly qualified Solicitors who have a desire to progress their career within Corporate Tax law along with Corporate Tax Solicitor with a broad range of experience of dealing with tax related matters within this area of law The busy and expanding team the Corporate Tax Solicitor will be joining, advise corporate clients, owner managed businesses, partnerships and LLP's along with private clients on their corporate tax affairs. Thus the appointed Corporate Tax Solicitor will be required to advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, buy-ins/buy-outs, joint ventures, advising the client on tax issues and negotiating the tax aspects of deal documents.
