Finance Director

The Finance Director will lead on the financial strategy for the organisation and see this implemented throughout the organisation. This is an exciting part time position, working for approximately 20 hours per week, with great strategic responsibility in a dynamic organisation.

With overall responsibility for the reporting systems and organisations accounts, the Finance Director will take a pivotal role in the management programme of the organisation. Key responsibilities will include ensuring the organisation is running efficiently and sustainably, whilst continuously building the capacity of the organisation. Working with the rest of the senior managers, the Finance Director will influence appropriately and provide financial analysis to contribute towards developing plans and targets and will advise on investments and cash management

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with good technical skills and experience of producing financial and management accounts. Experience with BI reporting is essential, as is a commercial mindset and the ability to lead effectively.
