Finance Business Partner

Investigo are exclusively partnering a well known FMCG Company based in Surrey, to recruit a newly created Finance Business Partner role.

You will provide commercial analysis and support to the Business Controller and Functional leads. This will involve analysis of high volumes of complex data, providing key analysis and insight for the Leadership Team. You will further support Sales, Marketing and Commercial Leads, identifying market trends and highlighting risks & opportunities to challenge existing strategies.

Further duties will include, preparing sales rep targets, commission schemes and incentives, ensuring that they drive the correct behaviour and remain aligned with the overall strategy. Working with Pricing team and Brand Managers to set new prices and looking at how this will impact promotions. You will also play a major part in support projects across the division.

Background of the candidate

• Qualified Accountant CIMA, ACA or ACCA
• Strong experience of working within an analytical/commercial role
• Advanced excel skills
• Previous experience of process improvement, analysis, reporting and working with large complex data
