Robertson Bell are working on an interesting an complex role in the International Development sector to find an experience Director of Finance and Corporate Services to join their team which has gone through some exciting change over the past twelve months. This is a great chance to join an organisation with strong potential and the flexibility to adapt and develop and the role itself have huge influence.

Key responsibilities are to work extensively with the senior team to help maximise the use of resources and achieve the organisations strategy over the coming years. This position is hugely influential and requires someone with the ability to generate a strong working culture throughout the teams, encouraging flexibility and a proactive dynamic.

The successful candidate will have a good track record of senior management and the ability to manage multiple functions. With a full accounting qualification and the ability to significantly contribute to business planning and strategy, the successful candidate will also have managed HR and IT previously and will be able to optimise the efficiency of these functions.
