This is an opportunity to join an outstanding organisation as Commercial Counsel reporting to the Head of Legal.
You will work across a range of complex commercial matters and projects across a diverse range of businesses.
You will have exceptionally strong commercial contracts and drafting skills and ideally exposure to Outsourcing agreements.
We are interested in hearing from senior qualified commercial lawyers with experience gained either In House or Private Practice.
Your ability to build strong and enduring relationships within a complex organisation will be key to your effectiveness in this position.
Relationships and networks developed with Commercial Managers & Directors will bring you close to many of the business critical matters facing the organisation as it continues to develop into new markets.
A dynamic and commercial approach is essential.
