FORTUNE 100 (Senior) Privacy Lawyer - Flexible working if preferred

Our client is a global market leading technology business. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to provide legal advice to our client's business and management on leading edge, world-class products and services.

You will offer data privacy/protection and security advice to the business on a European level. You will be expected to provide timely and sound advice on both UK and international privacy law to clients and to the business group and will be involved in creating innovative privacy solutions in relation to products. This position can be based in the South West, Dublin or Munich.
 

For consideration you must fulfil the following:

• Qualified to practice law in the UK, Ireland or in Germany
• 5-10 years PQE*
• Data privacy expert with a deep understanding of privacy law in UK and Europe, particularly in relation to data security and data breach management.
• Experience working for a Top-tier European/Global Law firm
• Strong writing/drafting skills regarding contracts, and ability to analyse complex agreements
• Ability to work with employees across a variety of different business functions including engineers and business executives
• Strong negotiation skills
