Locum Commercial Property Solicitor

A high street Private Practice in Cambridgeshire requires the assistance of a locum Commercial Property Solicitor. The role is due to start imminently.

The workload will include the following:

• Acquiring and disposing of Commercial Properties
• Landlord and tenant issues
• Business tenancies
• Rent reviews
• Breaking or terminating a lease
• Assignments and under-letting
• Repair obligations

Due to the imminent nature of the role, candidates should be available immediately or at short notice. Successful candidates also need to be comfortable in picking up a full caseload without supervision.
