A Corporate/Commercial Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 200 firm at their office in Newcastle. Salary at a competitive rate.

My client is a highly regarded full service law firm and is recognised as a leading player in the North East. They are looking to recruit a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join the Commercial team.

This role is working with some industry leading Partners and requires a Solicitor possessing exceptional business development, marketing and networking skills within the Market. You will be working on the full range of corporate and commercial matters for a prestigious and enviable client base.

You will have first-rate technical knowledge and a strong commercial acumen to undertake Corporate / Commercial work within this immensely successful firm. The successful candidate will have trained at a good Commercial firm and have some transactional experience as the role will take a leaning towards Corporate transactions.
