Your new role
The position has a broad scope of responsibilities from transactional work and general corporate/commercial duties to supporting litigation and advising on risk.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have demonstrable experience of working in a similar in-house environment or a banking private practice team in a reputable firm. You will need a good understanding of general banking and a strong background in commercial law.
