This company are private equity backed and are really looking to move forward in the next few years. They have a interesting product and have a clear growth plan for the next 5 years. The UK is at the centre of their plans as they look to build a management team here.


Your new role

You will be heavily involved in the strategic decision making process so a desire to contribute and analyse financial information is essential!
This is a newly created role in a rapidly growing business. Reporting to the CFO, as Financial Controller you will be responsible for the financial accounting, controls, processes and procedures. Managing all aspects of the monthly management accounts and acting as the lead liaison for audit requirements. This is a hands on role and will require a strong understanding of how growing SME sized businesses accounts are put together.


What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) accountant with at least 5 years' experience of manufacturing or retail businesses either in industry or through practice. You will need to have and good commercial awareness, be proactive, ambitious and have the ability to grow with the business
