Financial Controller

This company are in growth phase following successful product launch this year and are looking for a motivated professional to really integrate finance into the business and assist in long term growth.

Based in Central London the organisation have had a superb start to life introducing a web based application to the market and they are aiming from a strong stand alone brand in 24 months.

The role will incorporate full ownership of the finance function and will require a 'roll your sleeves up mentality', with that the chosen candidate will be the face of finance and will equally be required to get the ops teams moving in the most commercial manner possible.

The Role

Heading up Finance function
Reporting into business owners
Setting up and establishing processes
Responsible for the input and development of budgeting, analysis, business partnering and planning processes
Having the motivation to cut costs, not allow for debt and communicate and enforce business performance
Ad hoc project work
Taking charge of year end processes, working with auditors

The Person

Qualified accountant
Desire to work in a start up business
Retail experience or desire to work in high end retail
Professional manner
Strong communication
