This listed Real Estate Business is a market leader operating in a busy and developing sector. With an established portfolio of residential property, their footprint and market share continues to grow with a developing commercial team identifying and securing exciting new investments. As such this new job vacancy has come about.

Your new role
With a reporting line to the Commercial Finance Director, you'll work right across the business with both financial and technically focused professionals. You'll sit as part of a small commercial finance team and have the opportunity and exposure to shape and improve the effectiveness of the function whilst working on pre and post-acquisition development appraisals. Commercial negotiations and constant interaction with commercial investment and development teams will see you in a real value add role within the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a sound technical understanding from completing your ACA, ACCA or CIMA accounting qualification. With the ability to influence and share knowledge a key to this position's success, your communication skills will be excellent and you will be able to demonstrate a robust and confident character during previous commercial positions. Budgeting and forecasting, investment appraisal and transactions experience will be obvious in your background, as will ideally a knowledge of the Real Estate industry.

What you'll get in return
You'll get a salary of around £65,000 depending on your experience. You'll also be part of an organisation with a healthy market position but also allow autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders. Based in their central London offices, it's easily accessible from around the city.
