Interim Financial Controller

We are currently recruiting for an Interim Financial Controller to join a fast paced business based in Suffolk on a 3-4 month temporary assignment.

This is a commercially focussed role which will enable you to work with a business partnering approach across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the financial and technical accounting functions;
- Working with Executive and Management teams to understand and control costs against budget and any other relevant targets, plus involvement in annual budgets and strategic plans;
- Control of the General Ledger, monthly accounting, and departmental and Group reporting
- Handling forecasting, accounts preparation, reporting of results and internal audit function
- Responsibility for sales pricing and margin reporting and analysis

Skills:
- Qualified accountant with relevant post-qualification experience gained in a commercial environment
- Highly organised, capable of managing own workload to tight deadlines
- Experienced people manager, comfortable managing others' targets and workloads
- Good financial, analytical and organisational skills
