Commercial Finance Manager

A renowned International luxury retail brand is seeking an energetic, talented Commercial Finance Manager to shape the company's business strategy. You will lead and manage the finance team with your leadership skills, driving best practice on a global scale as the business continues to grow.

Based in Central London, this extensive role will allow you to display commercial acumen on a broad level and provide significant influence towards the strategic direction of the business. The Commercial Finance Manager will have the chance to impact several different areas, while business partnering and developing key relationships with a broad range of functions that include merchandising, warehousing, and UK and international finance.

Your proven leadership ability will help develop your staff through on-the-job coaching and inspiring capabilities, and ensure team priorities are aligned with the overall finance and business strategy. You will use your financial accounting background and commercial experience in sales and margin to drive process improvements across the board as the business looks to realise their growth potential.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA,ACMA,ACCA), preferably Chartered, within the Retail or FMCG industry, with trading or supply chain related experience . You will communicate effectively, working with a wide range of areas at different levels within the business, both in the UK and abroad.
