Fantastic newly created opportunity has arisen with a well-known luxury retailer. As Legal Counsel, you will be reporting into the General Counsel and advising different areas and teams in the business. You will be working across a variety of areas including:
- General Commercial (Ts & Cs, agreements, commercial issues, terminations, etc)
- Digital/IT contracts
- Regulatory/competition
- Consumer (complaints, defective products, refunds, repairs, etc.)
You will ideally have between 4-7 years' PQE and have solid commercial law experience. In-house experience, particularly within the retail industry, is a bonus.
