A remarkable opportunity for a FS regulatory and investigations litigator to move in-house has arisen in this global investment and commercial bank. Reporting to the Head of Corporate & Litigation, you will be responsible for leading and managing litigious matters within the bank.
This role will see you managing external counsel, advising and leading on a range of contentious issues including, but not limited to, competition, employment, financial services, and internal investigations. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in non-contentious matters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background, ideally with contentious regulatory and investigations experience in the financial services sector, and a minimum of 4 years' PQE. You will have trained in a magic/silver circle firm and be looking to make a move in-house, or perhaps have already made the move. You will be a confident self-starter, with the ability to build solid partnerships with the business.
