Our client, who has a footprint throughout the globe are looking for an experience Financial Controller to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role due to a period of growth & transition. Due to the newly created nature this role will offer the successful candidate the chance to introduce a new way of working. This can include delivering improved efficiency, profitability and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Acting a Business Partner to Directors & Senior Management of the division
- Consolidate the monthly results & forecasts and identify any potential issues
- Preparation of Group and subsidiary statutory accounts
- Preparation of monthly consolidated management reports
- Preparation of quarterly VAT return
- Consolidation, analysis and reporting of annual budgets and forecasts
- Weekly and monthly cash flow reporting
- Assisting the Finance Director in continuous improvements projects by sharing best practice and maintaining strong relationships.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of business/ process improvement and the ability to deliver strong results in a complex environment is essential. You will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with a strong educational background. Business partnering skills are important, as is the ability to lead the team.
