Backed by a specialist Private Equity firm, our client is a specialist manufacturer of precision equipment for use in a range of industrial applications. Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer and sitting on the management team, the Financial Controller will have responsibilities for:
- Supporting the CFO with business reviews, investment appraisals, potential acquisitions, scenario modeling
- Managing and developing the finance and administration team (including HR)
- Production of budgeting & forecasting and monthly management/financial reporting and cash management
- Developing meaningful management information and dashboards
- Reporting to international group stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and tax obligations
- Developing tight-bookkeeping ad internal control processes
- Providing input to the ongoing development of the ERP system
Candidates will:
- Ideally be qualified (ACCA, ACA, ACMA)
- Ideally be degree educated
- Demonstrate strong man-management skills
- Have experience in a manufacturing business
- Have strong IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX a distinct advantage
