A leading international telecommunications company with operations across the globe is looking for commercially minded senior legal counsel to join their team in Hertfordshire.
Reporting into the Head of Legal, the role will involve providing commercial legal support to the company's UK operations. Responsibilities will include advising on and drafting a range of high value commercial contracts, 3rd party licensing agreements, partnership agreements and supporting the technology development team as well as the AI development team whilst liaising with the wider European legal team on a regular basis.
Candidates will be self-starters and entrepreneurial with strong academics and trained at a top law firm or well-regarded in-house team and ideally have 3-4 years of post-qualification experience. Those with more experience will also be considered as will European qualified lawyers.
