Counsel - Multinational Consultancy -SGD$ Excellent - Singapore

A leading international Document Services and Communications business is looking for an in-house Legal Manager to be based in their Singapore Office. The firm acts as a consultancy to businesses aiding them in document management, IT infrastructure and customer communications.

Responsibilities include providing the business unit with legal advice, contract review for international transactions, consultation with customers, and coordinating the legal dealings between the Asia-Pacific, Japan and US affiliates of the company.

To be successful you will have:

• A recognized law degree
• Qualified as a lawyer, ideally within a common law jurisdiction
• Significant (10+ years) legal working experience, including team management,
• Experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.

Fluency in English is a pre-requisite and Mandarin is preferred.
