THE ROLE:

Our client's Commercial Litigation department is ranked tier 1 in the Legal 500 and recognised as the elite amongst law firms in the UK. The team provide strategic and commercial legal advice on litigation cases and the appointed Commercial Litigation Solicitor will support the partners and wider commercial dispute resolution team. The role will include a wide range of high quality work including regulatory investigation work and exposure to clients in the diverse sectors of industry, sport and energy across both national and international companies. There will be plenty of career development opportunities on offer and our client is keen to recruit a Solicitor who is motivated to be part of the continued development and growth of the team and to become a key player in this sector.

THE CANDIDATE:

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor should have exceptional academics and should have had a solid amount of experience gained within a high performing dispute resolution department at another leading city, national or regional firm. The Solicitor should have the technical ability to analyse complex factual situations and demonstrate logical reasoning. Our client is looking for a Solicitor that is of senior associate level and has had proven experience of business development and a good understanding of how to win work would is desired. Ideally, our client is looking to hear from a Commercial Litigation Solicitor who has experience of providing first rate client service on behalf of the environmental and/or energy regulated sectors.
