A new opportunity has arisen for a non-contentious construction lawyer within one of the UK's largest social home providers in either their Milton Keynes or London office. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with at least 4 years PQE with either a City background or previous in-house experience.
Reporting to the Head of Legal, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts such as industry-related contracts (JCT, NEC3), framework agreements, joint venture agreements, and energy contracts.
Due to the client-facing nature of this position, you must demonstrate excellent communication skills and a natural commercial acumen to be considered.
