This is a great opportunity for a lawyer with commercial/ IT experience to join a global software company as their EMEA Legal Counsel.
The business originates from the USA but is investing heavily across EMEA whcih is the reason for the vacancy. As EMEA Legal Counsel, you will report directly to the EMEA Senior Legal Counsel on a variety of commercial issues within the business. You will provide contractual support to the sales and business teams, assist in corporate projects, and deal with a broad range of ad hoc commercial/technology matters. You will ideally have trained at a city private practice law firm, and ideally have at least 2 - 5 years PQE.
It is important that candidates have strong interpersonal skills and are able to communicate with all personnel within the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global brand in a broad commercial role within a fast-paced environment.
