POSITION:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to continue to build strong foundations for a prosperous career whilst being exposed to quality corporate work. From the outset, the Corporate Solicitor will be involved in challenging technical work and be given every resource and support needed to progress their career. The position offers the opportunity to work on a broad variety of corporate matters including but not restricted to shareholders' arrangements, joint ventures, franchising, selling a company or business, demergers and other corporate re-organisations, acquisition/disposal agreements, partnership and LLP agreements and dissolution, sales of goods and guarantees. This position has arisen due to the Managing Partner who currently handles Corporate Matters looking to focus his expertise on the wider firm and therefore requires the need of a Corporate Solicitor to take the ranks and step in.

THE CORPORATE SOLICITOR:

It is expected that the suitable Corporate Solicitor will have gained at five years of experience in another leading corporate department. The Corporate Solicitor should be able to demonstrate an impeccable academic record, strong technical expertise and a dedication to exceptional client service delivery. A proven track record or keen interest in business development and client relationship management is highly desirable as is a commercial approach.
