Finance Business Partner

The Organisation

My client are an internationally renowned organisation, with significant operations nationally. An excellent opportunity has opened within their strong finance function. The role

As the finance business partner you will work closely with the Heads of Commercial and Operational departments, as well as C-suite stakeholders to drive the strategy and commercial performance of the organisation. Your key responsibilities will be to:

-Develop relationships with key stakeholders including senior management, project leads, and commercial functions

-Drive the development of accurate and insightful management information, as well as preparation of top level reports for presentation to key stakeholders

-Oversee budget and forecast preparations, as well as quickly and effectively communicating fluctuations and variances to senior management

-Proactively assess market conditions and prepare competitor analysis to contribute to pricing and strategic decision making

-Assist with business case modelling to help with additional business growth

-Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.

Role requirements

In order to be successful in your application for this role, you will hold a full UK accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA). With the level of cross functional interaction in this role, it is essential that you have extensive previous experience of operating as a conduit between finance and non-finance teams. you will have had experience of interacting with and influencing stakeholders at all levels, from operational, to executive level.
