Your new role
Managing a team of five, you will ensure the commercial finance team provide financial reporting, analysis, advice and decision making support to the senior management team and the sales / commercial teams. You will support the business in delivery of accurate cash and profit forecasting both short term and longer term budgeting. You will partner and present to the executive team and ensure continued high growth through developing and maintaining outstanding internal and external stakeholder relationships. Highly commercial role with 70% relationships, 30% accounting.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or similar) with substantial experience within a commercial finance position, ideally gained within a growing Manufacturing business. You will have leadership experience with an assertive yet hands on work ethic and excellent problem solving ability.
