An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior-mid level lawyer within the asset management sector.
Working closely with the Head of Legal, you will help shape the legal framework for the business and be directly responsible for managing the legal on-boarding process for clients. This will involve negotiating market counterparty documentation and investment management agreements.
This is a great opportunity to join a small legal team in a business that is rapidly growing, with the opportunity to shape the role and take on a high level of responsibility. You may be working in the funds/financial services/commercial team of a City firm and considering a move in-house, or already be working in the asset management environment. Experience negotiating market counterparty documentation such as ISDA's/prime brokerage agreements is advantageous, but not essential.
