In House - Funds Lawyer - Regulatory - 5-7pqe - London - Big 4 Accountancy Practice Commercial legal team

Our client is a 'Big4' accountancy practice with a thriving legal business network in growth mode. They are looking to further develop their legal services offering by creating a Regulatory Funds team and the appointment of a Funds lawyer with 5-7 years experience in non-contentious regulatory funds matters particularly in the asset management space. The team provides legal advice and support, often with other teams, on high profile cross border regulatory matters to businesses, governments and public authorities all over the world. 

Candidates will have experience from a recognised regulatory funds legal practice or an in-house commercial team. You will have experience of setting up and structuring investment funds or UCITS funds, a strong financial regulatory background with a recent focus on funds.  Ideally the candidate would have both contentious and non-contentious experience. An ability to engage in business development and networking is also essential, along with your passion to input on strategy development. This could be a great opportunity for good work-life balance within a commercial/business orientated role.
