Blayze Group are representing a top 100 law firm based in the Glasgow that is looking to expanding its Planning team. Our client is a forward thinking, proactive firm that has an enviable reputation with the Real Estate sector.

The Planning department advises on all aspects of planning and environmental issues including major retail & leisure schemes, significant infrastructure projects, office developments and large scale residential & housing developments.

As a Planning Lawyer you will be working directly alongside a team of highly respected Partners & Associates who will provide support & training that will be the envy of your peers elsewhere. Your role as Planning Lawyer will be to work on portfolio acquisitions and disposals, planning applications and appeals, compulsory purchase orders, compensation claims and judicial reviews.

The successful Planning Lawyer will need to be qualified, demonstrate commercial awareness and possess a strong team work ethic.
