Head of Corporate PSL

Newly created Head of Corporate PSL role with one of the world's leading law firms. This role would suit a senior Corporate Professional Support Lawyer looking for a step up, or a senior fee earner / junior Partner with a passion for know-how. Our client is looking for someone who can bring an innovative approach combined with high calibre technical ability and excellent interpersonal and management skills.

THE ROLE

This role will be an integral part of the newly developed corporate practice management team which will aid integration between BD, Marketing, Learning and Development and Know-How to support both internal and external corporate strategy.

In addition to some regular PSL activities, this role will focus on team leadership, co-ordination, innovation and client development from a know-how perspective.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

As would be expected at a top international practice, your academic background and practice experience must be of similar calibre to the lawyers you are supporting. In addition, for this leadership role, you should be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
