I am currently working with a dynamic, international Law Firm who provide a range of legal services to the public and businesses from their offices. Due to expansion, the firm is currently looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their busy team in Greater London on a permanent, full time basis.
With success, the solicitor must be a Corporate Solicitor with 1 - 5 years PQE. The solicitor should be able to handle their own caseload from inception to completion, be time efficient and have excellent IT and communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor wishing to join a fantastic law firm and progress their career.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Must be a solicitor with at least 1 - 5 years PQE
• You have particular expertise in major Corporate M&A work
• Be able to handle a volume caseload from inception to completion
• Good client relationships and genuinely interested in people
