Trademarks Partner- A top rated city practice are keen to strengthen their award winning trademarks team. Working closely with the head of the group, you will be responsible for developing and assisting the growth of the wider team.
Essential that you have a portable client base in excess of £500,000.
Focus of work is across the entire spectrum of Trademarks, including:
- Clearance searches,
- Registration,
- Opposition proceedings
- Portfolio management
Clients include: BAFTA, the Financial Times, Fat Face and Rocco Forte Hotels.
