PQE REQUIRED: 5years+ PQE

THE ROLE:

This leading regional law firm continues to lead from the front. The firm have made a number of exciting hires and are in a strong position having recently won a number of new clients. The firm have a niche specialism in education and due to an unprecedented level of instructions are now seeking to appoint an Education Solicitor into their busy team to undertake a varied caseload of education matters. As you would expect the clients you will be working with will comprise of educational establishments such as free schools and academies and the caseload will focus on a mix of work ranging form commercial work through to policies, compliance and complaints.

THE CANDIDATE:

As the selected Education Solicitor you will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE in dealing with all aspects of education law and have a real passion for this area of law. In order to be considered for this this role you must have a proven track record of working within the education sector and possess excellent business development skills along with a strong academic background. Candidates must be driven, ambitious and determined but above all must have a primary focus on delivering excellent service to their client's.
