The primary role purpose is to provide leadership across the corporate services area, initially including HR, Workforce Development, IT, Health and Safety and Finance. Immediate areas of focus will include the review, development and execution of the correct process and controls infrastructure to mitigate risk across the corporate services.  Longer term, the role will evolve into the strategic leadership of corporate service disciplines, providing expertise that will enable DISC to continue to achieve its strategic objectives.
