Commercial Lawyer sought for an approximately 3-6 month interim assignment based in the Warwickshire.
A new opportunity has arisen for a commercial lawyer to join a business into assist with a business commercial project.
Working closely with the sales and divisional team in the business, you will form part of a project team and provide practical legal support to the business and be responsible for advising on, drafting and negotiating contracts including procurement contracts.
You should have experience of working on and driving the legal aspects of commercial projects. Experience of dealing with procurement contracts is highly desirable.
