Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor based in the North East looking to make the next, defining step in your career? This is an unmissable opportunity, so please read on…

Our client, a newly established firm based in Durham is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer into the firm to take on an unmissable opportunity and help develop a Commercial Property department.

The firm has only been established for a few years, however has really made a solid mark in the North East market. In fact, the firm has grown from a team of two and now has 19 people working there.

The Role:

Due to regular enquires from existing clients, the firm is looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor to handle Commercial Property work. Since there isn't a team currently handling this work as of yet, it would be a great opportunity for someone who would like to establish their own department and bring in new work.

Business development will be a key factor to this role and the firm really promotes this.

The Candidate:

Ideally, the firm is looking to recruit someone with a following for this role. However if you do not have clients you can bring with you, but would be interested, the firm is happy to consider someone on a part time basis, who can build the work up and be the key member in a new, growing department. Once the work has been developed then this could quickly become a full time role.

We would like to hear from Solicitors who have upwards of 7 years post qualification experience. You will ideally be established in the market and be keen to take the next step in your career. Those with proven business development skills will be particularly of interest.

Benefits:

The firm offers an array of fantastic benefits to their employees including a competitive salary, 25 days holiday + statutory (the firm is also closed over Christmas and New Year), a quarterly bonus scheme and more!

Firm has a great ethos and heavily involves themselves in charity work.

Team and office days frequently happen and hard work is really rewarded within the firm.

Paperless, modern offices and friendly, collegiate environment.

How to Apply:

If you would like to apply for this role then please contact Holly Dymoke-Marr or another member of the Private Practice team at Sacco Mann. Alternatively, if this role is not for you but you know someone who could be interested, then please let them or us know as we offer a reward for successful referrals.
