£45,000 - 65,000 dep on experience

My Client is looking to recruit a skilled Private Client Solicitor to provide legal support to Partners in their growing Private Client team.

My Client is an established practice with 50 years' history.  They have lawyers with West End and City experience and with a cost-conscious attitude.  Speed is usually important to their clients, so they aim to act fast.  They are growing quickly because when clients ask, they respond and deliver.  The firm has ambitious plans for growth and seeks highly motivated, capable and committed individuals to be part of the team.  In return they offer a friendly family-oriented ethos and a decent work-life balance.

The Role

Responsibilities will include: drafting and preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, dealing with day to day estate administration and trusts with some estate planning for high net worth UK and foreign domiciled individuals.

The ideal candidate will need a minimum of 4 years' experience and be able to work with minimal supervision. Previous experience in assisting and managing a successful Private Client caseload at a busy, high-quality firm with HNW Clients.  As a part of the team the candidate will be expected to be proactive in utilising the opportunities offered by the high-level work carried out by the Private Client team. They will be a ‘self-starter' and a highly motivated individual with drive to further their personal development, as well as contributing to the growth of the practice, taking a keen interest in both marketing and business development.
