Financial Controller

Role Summary:

• Oversee the production and timely submission of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packs to LKQ Corporation
• Support the Ireland business management with appropriate and insightful management reporting to drive profitability
• Finance owner for forecasting and budgeting the ECP Ireland business
• Ensure compliance with the internal control environment and ensure adequate financial controls are in place, including SOX compliance
• Manage and develop the ECP Ireland finance team
• Ensure the migration of the branches from legacy systems to the ECP K807/Babbage system is completed within timeframes and in a controlled manner
• Liaison with external and internal auditors
• Drive improvements in finance processes and the business to improve profitability and control
• Support compliance with statutory and tax matters relating to ECP Ireland (statutory accounts, corporate tax, VAT)
• Ad hoc support to finance department
• Travel required to ROI

Experience Required:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Prepared to be hands-on
