In-house Lawyer - Financial Services

A leading wealth and investment management services company which are part of a global financial services group, are looking to appoint an experienced financial services lawyer to support their UK business.
As a qualified lawyer your role will be to assist the Head of Legal and the wider business with a very varied range of projects and tasks that require legal support. This will include contract drafting and negotiation across a full spectrum of suppliers and partners, through to drafting retail terms of business and client agreements, providing day to day advice to the businesses and supporting a wide range of commercial and corporate projects. You will also take on the responsibility for data protection, regulatory and company secretarial matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a financial services solicitor looking for a high level of autonomy with great exposure to the senior management team and plenty of scope for career development.
