Our client, a well established South Wales practice is looking to grow its commercial offering and is currently recruiting for a commercial property solicitor 3 year pqe + to deal with a broad range of work including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, residential and commercial development and business transfers. You will be able to work closely with the Head of Department and be given the opportunity build upon the expanding department You will be advising SME's and OMB's and public sector clients and enjoy close client contact from day one. If you are someone who likes to get stuck in, working closely with lead Partner and a wide range of clients, this could be the role you are looking for in 2018. This is a firm that is going from strength to strength, with a strong and busy regional client base, and commitment to grow the team.
