A global offshore law firm is looking for an experienced corporate lawyer to take on a key role in its Jersey office. Joining a highly respected team that advises international clients on the full range of offshore corporate work, you will be expected to take a lead on matters and to play your part in client management and development, as well as helping more junior lawyers to progress.

This corporate lawyer role is likely to suit someone with five to eight years' experience, with a background in a good commercial law firm and experience of leading on high-value corporate transactions. It may particularly appeal to someone who wants to retain the quality of work and earning capacity of a City legal career whilst at the same time benefitting from a greatly improved work-life balance, a collegiate culture and a more relaxed pace of life outside of the office. Opportunities for progression are good and partnership is a realistic ambition for the successful person.
