THE ROLE:

The role of Commercial Property Solicitor will involve acting on a variety of real estate matters with a specific focus on development and investment matters. The appointed Real Estate Solicitor will be dealing and acting on behalf of landowners, occupiers, developers, funders and corporate occupiers on a mixed caseload of commercial development, investment, landlord and tenant and corporate support work. Working closely with the partners, you will be gaining exposure to a high quality and varied caseload of commercial development matters. A unique opportunity to manage a challenging and varied caseload of real estate matters as well as receive support from an encouraging and supportive team.

THE CANDIDATE:

The Commercial Property Solicitor will be dealing with a range of property-related matters which includes acquisitions and disposals, development and investment matters. It is essential that the successful Real Estate Solicitor is able to work effectively as part of a team as well as having the confidence take the initiative. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be expected to play a full role in the department's business development strategy and programme of events and will be given a high level of responsibility for managing their own time and developing their network of industry contacts. This is the perfect position for a Real Estate Solicitor who has circa 4+ years' experience in dealing with development and investment related matters.
