My client, a leading life sciences company is looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join their team for a 4-6 month interim contract.
Role Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a broad commercial role
- Drafting, negotiating, and updating UK and international commercial contracts for clients, suppliers, IT service providers,manufacturing agreements
- Dealing with queries from the business and sales team regarding ongoing negotiations with global pharmaceutical companies
- Assisting the GC to plan the legal training programme
- Assisting with any litigation matters
Candidates of interest will be:
- Experienced qualified lawyer, with significant in-house experience encouraged
- Experience working in-house for a company in a variety of sectors with pharmaceuticals or Contract Research Organisations
