THE COMPANY
Our client, a reputable investment bank is seeking a 2+ PQE Derivatives / Capital Markets Lawyer to assist their team on a 3 month contract.
THE ROLE
This In house Counsel / Lawyer will get the opportunity to assist a variety of matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, review and negotiating derivatives and/or capital markets legal documentation
- Provide legal advice on derivatives and/or capital markets transactions
- Assist with ISDA protocols
- Work alongside the business to provide legal advice on the development of new products
CANDIDATE
- The ideal candidate will have 2 years+* PQE in-house within a Financial Services organisation or private practice firm
- Experience working on derivatives, general finance or capital markets transactions and/or documentation
*Candidates outside of this bracket will be considered if they are able to demonstrate the prerequisite experience required.
