Role
A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor with solid Defendant experience who has managed and mentored a team to join a leading Specialist Insurance Litigation firm.
Our ID team works with a variety of Insurer Clients, Corporates and Public Sector clients, with a reputation for responding innovatively to client needs, empowering our staff and delivering a quality service whilst managing costs.
You will handle a range of complex litigated matters through to conclusion, running your own caseload covering a wide range of ID conditions - expertise in Asbestosis and NIHL are of particular interest to us. As a senior members of the team you will mentor and support more junior fee earners, helping them to fulfil their potential as Litigators. We're a friendly, pragmatic group who recognise that we can only deliver for the client if we support our colleagues. From a similar specialist practice or insurer background, you will be looking for a role with stability and security, excellent long term client relationships and a steady flow of high quality instructions to develop your skills and expertise. Our partners recognise that we recruit all our Lawyers for the future and they take an active and keen interest in developing your potential.
You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be strong in IT, and a proven team player with a positive, can do attitude and commercial, pragmatic approach.
