My client is a leading international law firm that is currently looking to recruit a lawyer with 3+ years PQE to join their Corporate Group. I am looking for strong corporate lawyers with experience in M&A (domestic and cross border) and (beneficial but not essential) private equity and/or corporate finance.
The international corporate group comprising some 120 lawyers, including more than 35 partners. Their Corporate lawyers work with clients at the forefront of their strategic development advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, flotations, takeovers, buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures and investments.
They specialise in the following areas:
M&A
Corporate Finance
Private Equity
AIM
Joint Ventures
The firm also undertake cross border work and recently have undertaken deals in Germany, Holland, South Africa, United States, Poland, France, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and Italy.
